MSP Reports for St. Mary's Co.


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Dec. 5, 2013)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, November 20 at 12:40 am, Tpr. E. Krenik served a Bench Warrant (T3-13514) on Amy Rebecca Dunlap, 46, of Mechanicsville. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Forgery- Private Documents on July 17, 2008. Ms. Dunlap was located in Charlotte Hall. She was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, November 21 at 8:20 pm, Senior Tpr. E. Evans served a Bench Warrant (T3-16261) on Matthew Collier Clodfelter, 22, of Hughesville. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of CDS Possession - Marijuana on November 15. Mr. Clodfelter turned himself in to the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack. He was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, November 22 at 8:30 pm, TFC R. Jackson served a Bench Warrant (T3-16272) on Laurie Elle Snell, 29, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Violate Protective Order on November 22. Ms. Snell was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

DRUG ARREST: On Sunday, November 24 at 4:32 pm, Tpr. D. Buckalew initiated a traffic stop on a gray passenger car at Route 237 and Robinson Court for a minor traffic infraction. A probable cause search of the vehicle and occupant was conducted, resulting in the recovery of CDS. The driver, Demetrius Roy Dyson, 23, of Valley Lee was arrested and charged with CDS Possession - Marijuana. He was transported to the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack for processing and later released.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Sunday, November 24 at 7:42 pm, TFC R. Jackson served a Bench Warrant (T3-16254) on Constance Louise Hinshaw, 34, of Mechanicsville. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Violation of Probation on November 13. Ms. Hinshaw was located in Mechanicsville. She was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Sunday, November 24 at 10:20 pm, TFC N. Gresko served a Bench Warrant (T3-16270) on Hank William Buckler, Jr., 43, of Mechanicsville. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Violation of Probation on November 22. Mr. Buckler was located in Mechanicsville. He was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, November 26 at 2:25 am, Senior Tpr. E. Evans served a Bench Warrant (T3-16218) on Burton Benedict Raley, 40, of Valley Lee. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving While Suspended on October 16. Mr. Raley was located in Valley Lee. He was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

THEFT: On Tuesday, November 26 at 6:23 pm, Tpr. D. Buckalew responded to the Kohl's Department Store located in Lexington Park for a reported theft. James Evans Drury, 3rd, 24, of Mount Airy was arrested for Theft Under $100 and transported to the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack. He was charged accordingly and later released.

DRUG ARREST: On Friday, November 29 at 5:15 pm, TFC E. Mersman initiated a traffic stop on a white passenger car at Route 5 and Braxton Way for a minor traffic infraction. A probable cause search of the vehicle and occupant was conducted, resulting in the recovery of CDS. The driver, Michael Gregory Bond, 31, of Mechanicsville was arrested and charged with CDS Possession - Marijuana. He was transported to the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack for processing and later released.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, November 30 at 4:40 pm, Tpr. W. Couter served a Bench Warrant (T3-16271) on Anthony Charles Wright, 45, of Great Mills. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Violation of Probation on November 22. Mr. Wright was located in Great Mills. He was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, December 3 at 1:30 pm, TFC S. Ditoto served an Arrest Warrant (T3-16278) on Joshua David Faunce, 20, of Abell. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with a charge of Burglary First Degree, Theft, and Malicious Destruction of Property on December 3. Mr. Faunce was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, December 3 at 3:40 pm, TFC S. Ditoto served an Arrest Warrant (T3-16281) on Lee Xavier Robinson, 49, of Valley Lee. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with charges of Burglary 2nd Degree, Theft $1000 to Under $10,000, and Malicious Destruction of Property on December 3. Mr. Robinson was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, December 4 at 1:42 am, Tpr D. Buckalew served a Bench Warrant (T3-16275) on Kevin Ernest Bryant, 46, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Disorderly Conduct on September 20. Mr. Bryant was located in Mechanicsville. He was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, December 4 at 6:15 am, Tpr. B. Weber served an Arrest Warrant (T3-16262) on Antwaun Marquis Somerville, 24, of Great Mills. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with charges of CDS Possession - Marijuana, Fail to Obey Lawful Order, and Attempt to Elude Police on September 6. Mr. Somerville was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
