MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Nov. 18, 2013)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

DUI, DRUG ARREST: On Saturday, November 2 at 1:27 am, Tpr. B. Weber initiated a traffic stop on a white truck at Route 235 and Route 4, California for a minor traffic infraction. The driver, Lindsay Marie Wolf, 29, of Great Mills, was placed under arrest for Driving Under the Influence. A search incident to arrest revealed suspected CDS. Ms. Wolf was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was charged accordingly and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

THEFT: On Tuesday, November 5 at 4:15 pm, Tpr. W. Couter responded to the Highway Liquors located in Leonardtown for a reported theft. Carey Brandon Houser, 32, of Solomons was located and identified as the suspect. Mr Hauser was arrested for Theft Under $100. Mr. Houser was transported to the Maryland State Police Barrack in Leonardtown. He was charged accordingly and later released.

DRUG ARREST: On Wednesday, November 6 at 9:51 pm, TFC E. Mersman initiated a traffic stop on a white truck on Forest Park Road at Bay Woods Drive, Lexington Park for a minor traffic infraction. A probable cause search led to the recovery of CDS. Robert Wayne March, 35, of Lexington Park was arrested and transported to the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack. Mr. March was charged accordingly and later released.

THEFT: On Saturday, November 9 at 3:11 pm, Tpr. K. Morris responded to the Belk Department Store located in California for a reported theft. Jolie Margaret Allen, 35, of Lexington Park was arrested for Theft less than $1000. Ms. Allen was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was charged accordingly and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

DRUG ARREST: On Tuesday, November 12 at 11:38 pm, Tpr. W. Couter responded to the 48000 block of Terrace Road, Lexington Park for a disturbance. Tpr.Couter made contact with Jamar Dvontae Kerrick, 20, of Lexington Park and observed CDS and Paraphernalia in plain sight. Mr. Kerrick was placed under arrest and transported to the Maryland State Police, Leonardtown Barrack. He was charged with the possession of CDS and later released.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, November 14 at 8:55 am, Tpr. D. Buckalew served a Bench Warrant (T3-16255) on Allan Michael Joy, 23, of California. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Trespass Private Property on November 13. Mr. Joy was located in California. He was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, November 14 at 9:40 pm, Tpr. E. Krenik served a Bench Warrant (T3-16244) on Ryan Samuel Young, 26, of Waldorf. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Violation of Probation on November 1. Mr. Young turned himself in to the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack. He was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, November 16 at 6:00 am, Tpr. K. Baker served a Bench Warrant (T3-16241) on Shawn Michael Miles, 21, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with original charges of Assault Second Degree and Malicious Destruction of Property on October 31. Mr. Miles was located in Charles County. He was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Sunday, November 17 at 7:51 am, Tpr. D. Buckalew served a Bench Warrant (T3-16256) on Ryan Allen Langley, 20, of Mechanicsville. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol on November 13. Mr. Langley was located in Mechanicsville. He was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
