LEONARDTOWN, Md. (Nov. 14, 2013)The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, November 8 at 11:24 am, Tpr. E. Krenik served a Bench Warrant (T3-16249) on Laura Maksimovicz Gilley, 63, of Frederick. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Charles County with an original charge of Driving on Suspended License on September 27. Ms. Maksimovicz was located on a traffic stop in Hollywood, MD. She was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, November 11 at 11:58 am, Tpr. B. Weber served a Bench Warrant (T3-16206) on Louis Ignatius Berry, Sr., 46, of Leonardtown. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving on a Suspended License on October 9. Mr. Berry was located at the St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office. He was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, November 11 at 12:08 pm, TFC E. Evans served a Bench Warrant (T3-16191) on Dolores May Longcor, 36, of Ridge. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Theft on October 3. Ms. Longcor was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center, where she was being held on other unrelated charges. She was served the Bench Warrant and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, November 12 at 9:20 am, TFC E. Evans served a Bench Warrant (T3-16229) on Melissa Ann Taylor, 47, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving on a Suspended License on October 23. Ms. Taylor was located at the St. Mary's County District Court. She was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, November 12 at 12:10 pm, Tpr. S. Gallagher served a Bench Warrant (T3-16242) on Charles William Cox, 33, of Coltons Point. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Burglary on November 1. Mr. Cox was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, November 12 at 4:40 pm, Tpr. E. Krenik served an Arrest Warrant (T3-16250) on Thomas Oakley Burch, III, 49, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Burglary on November 1. Mr. Burch turned himself in at the St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office. He was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
