MSP Reports for St. Mary's Co.


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (July 16, 2013)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, July 12, 2013 at 1:34pm, Tpr. D. Buckalew served an Arrest Warrant (T3-16077) on Mark Anthony Barber, 31, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with the original charge of Credit Card Fraud. Mr. Barber was located on a traffic stop and was arrested. Mr. Barber was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served with the arrest warrant and was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, July 12, 2013 at 7:40pm, TFC M. Pitcher, served a Bench warrant (T3-16053) on Ryan Christopher Conyers, 32, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with the original charge of Failure to pay Deferred Payment on June 26, 2013. Mr. Conyers was located walking on Great Mills Road, Lexington Park, Maryland. Mr. Conyers was arrested and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served the Bench Warrant and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, July 13, 2013 at 2:30am, Tpr. K. Morris served an Arrest Warrant on Wallace James Thacker, 45, of Lusby. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Calvert County with the original Charge of Burglary First Degree on July 9, 2013. Mr. Thacker was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was being held on other unrelated charges. Mr. Thacker was served with the Arrest Warrant and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, July 13, 2013 at 3:15pm, Tpr. Buckalew responded to the 21000 block of North Essex Drive for the report of a wanted person inside a residence. Contact was made with Victoria Lynn Bryant, 47, of Lexington Park. The Bench Warrant (T316078) was issued through the St. Mary's County District Court with an original charge of Knowingly Driving Uninsured Vehicle on July 12, 2013. Ms. Bryant was arrested and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served with the Bench Warrant and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
