LEONARDTOWN, Md. (May 23, 2013)The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, May 17, 2013, at 8:25am, Tpr. E. Krenik served an Arrest Warrant (T3-16001) on Jonathan Edward Hughes, 26, of Indian Head. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Fugitive from Justice - Virginia on May 17, 2013. Mr. Hughes was located during a routine traffic stop and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review by the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, May 18, 2013, at 3:05pm, Tpr. K. Morris served a Bench Warrant (T3-15998) on Dijon Matinique Matthews, 22, of Lusby. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of CDS: Possession of Marijuana on May 16, 2013. Mr. Matthews was located at his residence and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Sunday, May 19, 2013, at 4:56pm, Tpr. K. Baker served an Arrest Warrant (T3-15994) on Randy Alan Boarman, Jr., 26, of Leonardtown. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of First Degree Burglary on May 9, 2013. Mr. Boarman was located at his residence and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, May 20, 2013, at 9:00am, Tpr. B. Weber served an Arrest Warrant (T3-16002) on Kevin Thomas Sholes, 28, of Hollywood. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Montgomery County with an original charge of Theft under Ten Thousand on May 14, 2013. Mr. Sholes was located at the Parole and Probation office in Leonardtown and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, May 20, 2013, at 2:45pm, Tpr. B. Weber served a Grand Jury Indictment (T3-15986) on James Phillip Nelson, 37, of Hollywood. The indictment was issued by the Circuit Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Regulated Firearm: Illegal Possession on May 9, 2013. Mr. Nelson turned himself into the Maryland State Police, Leonardtown Barrack. He was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, May 20, 2013, at 8:30pm, TFC J. Gibson served a Bench Warrant (T3-15762) on Billy Jance Woodard, 38, of Elkridge. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving under the Influence on November 7, 2012. Mr. Woodard was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, May 21, 2013, at 11:09am, Tpr. B. Weber served a Bench Warrant (T3-15948) on Dennis Christopher Taylor, 30, of Hollywood. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of CDS: Possession Marijuana on April 10, 2013. Mr. Taylor was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
