PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. (May 13, 2013)The Prince Frederick Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.
DUI, POSSESSION OF COCAINE: On 5/8/2013 at 9:5 pm, Trooper First Class Esnes stopped a vehicle at Rt. 4 and German Chapel Rd. in Prince Frederick for traffic violations. The driver, John Mackall Jr., 55 of Prince Frederick, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence. A passenger in the vehicle, Kenneth T. Mackall, 52 of Prince Frederick, was found to be in possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia. He was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
VIOLATION OF PEACE ORDER: On 5/8/2013 at 11:26 pm, Trooper First Class Logsdon responded to the 11400 block of Windsor Dr. in Dunkirk for a reported violation of a peace order. Maria N. Gawthrop, 47 of Dunkirk, was violating an active peace order placed against her by the victim. She was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
SHOPLIFTING: On 5/9/2013 at 3:56 pm, Trooper Matthews responded to the K-Mart in Prince Frederick for a reported theft. Belinda J. Windsor, 54 of Prince Frederick, was arrested for attempting to walk out of the store with merchandise she had failed to pay for. She was arrested and transported to the Prince Frederick Barrack for processing.
