LEONARDTOWN, Md. (April 25, 2013)The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, April 23, 2013, at 10:55am, TFC G. Thompson served a Bench Warrant (T3-15889) on Charles Alex Plater, 26, of California. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Malicious Destruction of Property on February 22, 2013. Mr. Plater was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, April 24, 2013, at 8:50pm, TFC N. Gresko served a Bench Warrant (T3-15954) on Brandalin Janell Somerville, 32, of Loveville. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving without a License on April 17, 2013. Ms. Somerville was located at the Charlotte Hall Arby's and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
