BURGLARY: On March 19 at 10:14 a.m., an unknown male rang the doorbell of a house in the 2500 block of Snow Hill Court in Waldorf and asked for "Daniel". Feeling the suspect was acting suspicious, the homeowner continued to watch the man and noticed he went to a neighbor's house where he rang the doorbell for about two minutes. The witness then watched the suspect go to the back of the neighbor's house where he heard a loud bang - similar to the sound of a door being kicked in. The witness went outside to the rear of the neighbor's house and saw that the back door was indeed kicked in. At that point, the witness called police but the suspect ran from the house, jumped a fence and fled. A police K-9 team responded and attempted to do a track. The area was canvassed with negative results. The suspect is described as a black male, clean cut, about 5'10", with a noticeable gap in his front teeth.
