MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (March 14, 2013)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, March 4, 2013, at 12:50pm, TFC E. Evans served a Bench Warrant (T3-15896) on Anthony Charles Wright, 44, of California. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County for Failing to Obey Court Order with an original charge of Driving Under the Influence on February 27, 2013. Mr. Wright was located at the office of Parole and Probation and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, March 6, 2013, at 8:38am, TFC J. Hardesty served a Bench Warrant (T3-15902) on Kevin Lee Kreamer, 52, of Prince Frederick. The warrant was issued by the Circuit Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Robbery on March 4, 2013. Mr. Kreamer was located and served at the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, March 6, 2013, at 5:45pm, TFC N. Gresko served an Arrest Warrant (T3-15901) on Tyreise Divron Nelson, 20, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of CDS Possess-Not Marijuana on March 5, 2013. Mr. Nelson turned himself into the Maryland State Police, Leonardtown Barrack and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, March 7, 2013, at 12:35pm, TFC J. Hardesty served an Arrest Warrant (T3-15893) on John Wendell Young, 38, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Malicious Destruction of Property on February, 23, 2013. Mr. Wendell turned himself into the Maryland State Police, Leonardtown Barrack and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, March 7, 2013, at 2:55pm, TFC M. Pitcher served a Bench Warrant (T3-15876) on Justin Gregory Yates, 21, of Mechanicsville. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Reg. Firearms: Stolen/Sell Etc. on February 12, 2013. Mr. Yates was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center were he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, March 7, 2013, at 8:15pm, CPL L. Nims served an Arrest Warrant (T3-15909) on Travis Dewayne Burrell, 23, of Hickory Grove, South Carolina. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Handgun in Vehicle on March 7, 2013. Mr. Burrell was served at the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, March 7, 2013, at 8:15pm, CPL L. Nims served an Arrest Warrant (T3-15910) on Amanda Marie Smith, 32, of Hickory Grove, South Carolina. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Handgun in Vehicle on March 7, 2013. Ms. Smith was served at the St. Mary's County Detention Center where she was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, March 8, 2013, at 12:10am, TFC M. Pitcher served a Bench Warrant (T3-15911) on Laura Michelle Smith, 30, of Bryantown. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Baltimore County with an original charge of CDS: Possess-Not Marijuana on February 13, 2013. Ms. Smith was located during a routine traffic stop and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, March 8, 2013, at 11:55am, TFC G. Thompson served a Bench Warrant (T3-15905) on Julie Ann Kenyon, 29, of Hollywood. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving Vehicle While under the Influence of Alcohol on March 6, 2013. Ms. Kenyon was located during a routine traffic stop in Calvert County and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, March 8, 2013, at 6:05pm, TFC S. Ditoto served an Arrest Warrant (T3-15900) on Matthew Kyle Bishop, 27, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Calvert County with an original charge of Burglary-Fourth Degree on March 4, 2013. Mr. Bishop was located at his residence and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, March 11, 2013, at 1:20am, CPL J. Pilkerton served a Bench Warrant (T3-15913) on Tameka Rasheeta Nolan, 20, of Lusby. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Charles County with an original charge of Theft Less Then One Thousand on September 24, 2012. Ms. Nolan was located during a routine traffic stop and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
