MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (January 7, 2013)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, January 1, 2013, at 12:45am, TFC M. Pitcher served a Bench Warrant (T3-15531) on William Jerome Tolson, 38, of Clinton. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Permitting Unauthorized Person to Drive Rented Motor Vehicle in Violation of Rental Agreement on May 30, 2012. Mr. Tolson was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center were he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, January 4, 2013, at 2:45pm, Tpr. K. Baker served a Bench Warrant (T3-15811) on Trey Dominic Barnes, 26, of Callaway. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of CDS: Possess-Not Marijuana on December 20, 2012. Mr. Barnes was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center were he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Sunday, January 6, 2013, at 2:20am, TFC G. Thompson served an Arrest Warrant (T3-15816) on Devin Bryant Jeffers, 34, of Tacoma Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Montgomery County with an original charge of Theft-Scheme: One Thousand to under Ten Thousand on April 19, 2012. Mr. Jeffers was located at an address in Lexington Park and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Sunday, January 6, 2013, at 3:30am, TFC E. Evans served a Bench Warrant (T3-15812) on David Alexander Paolillo, 36, of California. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of CDS: Possession Paraphernalia on December 20, 2012. Mr. Paolillo was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center were he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
