MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (December 10, 2012)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, December 7, at 7:45pm, TFC R. Jackson served a Bench Warrant (T3-15799) on Christina L. Douglass, 25, of California. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Calvert County with an original charge of Driving while Suspended on December 5. Ms. Douglass was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center were she was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

VIOLATION OF PROTECTION ORDER: On Friday, December 7, at 9:28pm, Tpr. D. Buckalew responded to the 22000 Block of St. Gabriel Circle located in Great Mills for a report of a Protection Order violation. Upon arrival Tpr. Buckalew made contact with the female complainant, 30, of Mechanicsville. She advised that a Marlo Lionel Herbert, 34, of Loveville was calling her phone repeatedly and leaving threatening messages. While on scene, Tpr. Buckalew witnessed the complainant's phone ring eight to ten times with in the time that Tpr. Buckalew was there. He was also able to listen to several messages that Mr. Herbert had left on the complainant's phone. Tpr. Buckalew contacted St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office to confirm the Protection Order and guidelines within the Order. TFC E. Evans was out at the complainant's address on December 5, for the same incident and applied for an Arrest Warrant (T3-15800) however was unable to locate Mr. Herbert at that time. Tpr. Buckalew applied for a Criminal Summons (T15-9580) on December 7, for the Violation of Protective Order as well. On December 8, Mr. Herbert was located at St. Mary's Hospital and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center due to the Arrest Warrant. He was served with both the warrant and the summons and was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, December 8, at 4:26pm, Tpr. D. Buckalew served an Arrest Warrant (T3-15800) on Marlo Lionel Herbert, 34, of Loveville. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Violation of Protection Order on December 5. Mr. Herbert was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center were he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Sunday, December 9, at 9:10pm, TFC R. Jackson served a Bench Warrant (T3-15801) on Paula Ann Miller, 43, of Lusby. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Calvert County with an original charge of Driving while Suspended on December 7. Ms. Miller was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center were she was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
