LEONARDTOWN, Md. (November 29, 2012)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, November 14, at 6:30pm, Tpr. E. Perez served a Bench Warrant (T3-15682) on Gus Triggs Williams, 29, of Lanham. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving while Suspended on September 9, 2012. Mr. Williams was located and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, November 20, at 9:30pm, Tpr. W. Couter served a Bench Warrant (T3-15749) on Jonathan Jerode Thomas, 32, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving without a License on October 31, 2012. Mr. Thomas was located at his residence and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, November 22, at 7:50pm, Tpr. S. Morton served a Bench Warrant (T3-15777) on Thomas Newton Ferrall, IV, 34, of Hollywood. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle on November 20, 2012. Mr. Ferrall was located standing outside of Wawa in California, MD and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, November 23, at 3:00pm, TFC J. Gibson served an Arrest Warrant (T3-15778) on Marlo Lionel Herbert, Sr., 34, of Mechanicsville. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Burglary Third Degree on November 20, 2012. Mr. Herbert was located on Independence Drive in Loveville and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, November 24, at 9:00pm, Tpr. S. Morton served a Bench Warrant (T3-15727) on Mark Anthony Wathen, 46, of Loveville. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Assault Second Degree on October 12, 2012. Mr. Wathen was located during a call of service in Loveville. He was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center were he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, November 26, at 5:00pm, TFC J. Gibson served a Criminal Warrant (T3-15785) on Lateesha Shonte Cooper, 29, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the Circuit Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Failure to Appear for Jury Trial on November 26, 2012. Ms. Cooper was located at her residence and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, November 26, at 5:45pm, TFC N. Gresko served a Bench Warrant (T3-15780) on Martin Deporres Holt, 33, of Hollywood. The warrant is issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving while Suspended on November 21, 2012. Mr. Holt turned himself into the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack. He was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center were he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, November 26, at 8:30pm, TFC J. Gibson served a Bench Warrant (T3-15767) on Nicholas Stephen Spurling, 20, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving while Suspended on November 14, 2012. Mr. Spurling was located at his residence and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, November 27, at 10:45pm, Cpl M. Grimes served a Bench Warrant (T3-15769) on Javon L. Dickens, 21, of Piney Point. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Possession of Marijuana on November 16, 2012. Mr. Dickens was located and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, November 28, at 10:30pm, TFC M. Pitcher served an Arrest Warrant (T3-15789) on Carl Joseph Siegel, Jr., 28, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Second Degree Child Abuse on November 28, 2012. Mr. Siegel was located at his residence and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, November 29, at 3:30am, TFC E. Mersman served a Bench Warrant (T3-15763) on Donald Levi Warrick, Jr., 24, of Callaway. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Trespassing on Private Property on November 9, 2012. Mr. Warrick was located in Lexington Park and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
