MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (November 20, 2012)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, November 8, at 6:41pm, TFC E. Evans served a Bench Warrant (T3-15750) on Tammy Renee Vincena, 38, of California. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving Under the Influence on October 31. Ms. Vincena was located at an address in Lexington Park and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, November 9, at 1:40pm, Tpr. W. Couter served a Bench Warrant (T3-15664) on Todd Andreus Barreca, 21, of Drayden. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge Driving Under the Influence on August 31. Mr. Barreca turned himself into the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack. He was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center were he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, November 10, at 10:30am, Tpr. W. Couter served a Bench Warrant (T3-15764) on Jason Michael Weber, 32, of Mechanicsville. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Illegal Possession Reg. Firearm on November 9. Mr. Weber was located at he residence and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, November 12, at 12:45pm, TFC E. Mersman served an Arrest Warrant (T3-15759) on Monte Vito Ghattas, 52, of Solomons. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Failing to Appear as a Defendant/Witness on November 2. Mr. Ghattas was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center were he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, November 12, at 12:45pm, TFC E. Mersman served a Grand Jury Indictment (T3-15766) on Monte Vito Ghattas, 52, of Solomons. The Indictment was issued by the Circuit Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Attempt First Degree Murder on November 12. Mr. Ghattas was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center were he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, November 13, at 11:11am, Tpr. W. Couter served a Bench Warrant (T3-15760) on Sandra Renee Johnson, 26, of Mechanicsville. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with and original charge of Driving while Suspended on November 7. Ms. Johnson was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center were she was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, November 13, at 10:45pm, Tpr. E. Perez served a Bench Warrant (T3-15765) on Juanita Lynn Wood, 26, of Scotland. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Theft Under One Thousand on November 9. Ms. Wood was located in Charles County and relayed to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, November 14, at 3:45pm, Tpr. D. Buckalew served a Bench Warrant (T3-15725) on Lindsey Marie Hoffman, 19, of California. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving while Suspended on October 10. Ms. Hoffman was located and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
