MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (October 22, 2012)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, October 19, at 3:11am, Cpl. M. Grimes served a Bench Warrant (T3-15699) on Henry Clay Hinson III, 25, of Great Mills. The warrant was issued by the Circuit Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Robbery with a Deadly Weapon on September 11. Mr. Hinson was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, October 20, at 3:15am, TFC G. Thompson served a Bench Warrant (T3-15577) on Catelynn Nicole Marstin, 23, of Alexandria, Virginia. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving while Suspended on July 6. Ms. Marstin was located and transported to St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, October 20, at 9:30am, TFC N. Gresko served a Bench Warrant (T3-15698) on Andrew Joseph Burnett, 22, of St. Inigoes. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving while Suspended on September 26. Mr. Burnett was located at his residence and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Sunday, October 21 at 8:00am, TFC N. Gresko served a Bench Warrant (T3-15729) on Kathleen Marie Enterline, 27, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Calvert County with an original charge of Driving While Suspended on October 12. Ms. Enterline was located at her residence and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, October 22, at 12:23am, TFC G. Thompson served a Bench Warrant (T3-15672) on Nathan Eugene Coates, Jr., 24, of Lusby. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving while Suspended on September 5. Mr. Coates was located and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
