MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (October 13, 2012)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, October 4, at 5:00pm, TFC E. Page served a Bench Warrant (T3-15704) on Jamarr Sherman Mackall, 19, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Second Degree Assault on September 28. Mr. Mackall was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, October 5, at 3:30pm, TFC J. Stern served a Grand Jury Indictment (T3-15717) on Lowell Andrew Johnson, 64, of Lexington Park. The indictment was issued by the Circuit Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Sex Abuse to a Minor on October 5. Mr. Johnson was located at his residence and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, October 5, at 8:59pm, Tpr. E. Reuschling served a Bench Warrant (T3-15547) on Margaret P. Hare, 47, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the Circuit Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of False Statement to Officer on June 12. Ms. Hare was located in Leonardtown and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Sunday, October 7, at 1:45pm, TFC B. Wiesemann served a Bench Warrant (T3-15629) on Robert Christner-Christensen, 25, of Upper Marlboro. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Knowingly Driving an Uninsured Vehicle on August 8. Mr. Christner-Christensen was located in Prince George's County and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, October 8, at 5:15am, Tpr. S. Morton served a Bench Warrant (T3-15692) on Duncan S. Mullennex, 27, of Arbutus. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving While Suspended on September 21. Mr. Mullennex was located during a routine traffic stop and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, October 9, at 10:45am, TFC B. Wiesemann served a Bench Warrant (T3-15668) on Daryl Emanuel Warren, 36, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving While Suspended on September 5. Mr. Warren turned himself into the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack. He was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center were he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, October 9, at 12:20pm, TFC J. Stern served a Bench Warrant (T3-14634) and an Arrest Warrant (T3-14695) on Lewis Antonio Torain, 40, of Washington, D.C. The warrants were issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with original charges of Driving without a License and a warrant for Unauthorized Removal of Property on October 18, 2010. Mr. Torain was located in Washington, D.C. and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, October 9, at 2:05pm, TFC B. Wiesemann served a Bench Warrant (T3-15680) on Ivan Ronald Day, III, 23, of Oxon Hill. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving While Suspended on September 12. Mr. Day was located in Prince George's County and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, October 10, at 4:00pm, Tpr. S. Ditoto served two Bench Warrants (T3-15719) (T3-15546) on Geoffrey Scott Welcome, 49, of Lexington Park. The warrants were issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with original charges of Second Degree Assault on October 5 and Driving without a License on June 13. Mr. Welcome was located during a routine traffic stop and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
