MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (September 24, 2012)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, September 21, at 10:00pm, TFC B. Wiesemann served a Bench Warrant (T3-15685) on Devin Eric Webb, 25, of Mechanicsville. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Possession of Marijuana on September 14. Mr. Webb was located at St. Mary's County Fairgrounds and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, September 22, at 7:54am, Tpr. D. Buckalew served an Arrest Warrant (T3-15690) on Andrew Joseph King, 27, of California. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Assault Second Degree on September 18. Mr. King was located at his residence and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Sunday, September 23, at 7:44pm, TFC E. Mersman served a Bench Warrant (T3-15691) on Jeffrey Delmount Carter, Jr., 23, of Bushwood. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving While Suspended on September 21. Mr. Carter turned himself in to the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
