MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (September 14, 2012)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

ASSAULT 2ND DEGREE: On Monday, September 10, at 8:48pm, TFC N. Gresko responded to the 46000 block of Marshall Boulevard located in Lexington Park for a reported assault. Upon arrival, TFC Gresko made contact with the complainant/victim, 16, of Great Mills, who advised that he was assaulted by another juvenile, 15, of Lexington Park. After speaking with the complainant and witness on scene, TFC Gresko then responded to the 21000 block of Great Mills Road to make contact with the suspect. Once on scene, TFC Gresko spoke to the suspect as well as more witnesses on what had happened earlier that evening. After speaking to everyone, TFC Gresko arrested the suspect for Second Degree Assault. He was charged on the scene and was released to his father, with further action pending by juvenile services.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, September 12, at 8:53am, TFC J. Pilkerton served a Bench Warrant (T3-14919) on Ronald Levay Baldwin, 44, of Suitland. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Failure to Obey a Lawful Order on May 5. Mr. Baldwin was located during a routine traffic stop and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, September 12, at 1:00pm, TFC B. Wiesemann served a Bench Warrant (T3-15677) on Teaira Gale Goldring, 22, of Ridge. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving While Suspended on November 16, 2011. Ms. Goldring turned herself in to the Maryland State Police, Leonardtown Barrack were she was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, September 12, at 4:15pm, TFC N. Gresko served a Bench Warrant (T3-13771) on Thomas Edward Gillespie, 35, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Identity Theft on December 24, 2008. Mr. Gillespie was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, September 12, at 4:20pm, TFC J. Gibson served a Bench Warrant (T3-15676) on Charles E. Danford, 38, of Great Mills. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Second Degree Assault on September 10. Mr. Danford was located at the Parole and Probation Office and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, September 13, at 7:00am, TFC B. Wiesemann and TFC J. Pilkerton served Bench Warrants (T3-15512) and (T3-15536) on Michael Turner Bice, 20, of Mechanicsville. Both warrants were issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with original charges of Theft Less Than $100.00 on May 22 and June 8. Mr. Bice turned himself in to the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
