MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (August 16, 2012)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, August 13, at 2:00pm, TFC E. Page served a Bench Warrant (T3-15640) on Richard Matthew Lancaster, 35, of Churchton. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Charles County with an original charge of Theft Less Than $500 on August 2. Mr. Lancaster was located while on a traffic stop and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On Monday, August 13, at 2:57pm, Tpr. S. Ditoto responded to the 46000 block of Yorktown Road, located in Lexington Park, for a reported assault. Upon arrival, Tpr. Ditoto separated three subjects who were involved in a verbal dispute. While speaking with two of the subjects, Tpr. Ditoto asked the third subject, Sharaine Marie Frances Wood, 19, of Lexington Park several times to quiet down. After the third time asked, Ms. Wood was arrested and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was charged accordingly and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, August 15, at 11:20am, Tpr. S. Ditoto served a Bench Warrant (T3-15395) on Randall William Plummer, 23, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving While Suspended on February 29. Mr. Plummer turned himself into the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, August 15, at 12:00pm, TFC G. Thompson served a Bench Warrant (T3-15627) on Earl Joseph Lee, 21, of Colonial Beach, Virginia. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Theft $1,000 to Under $10,000 on August 7. Mr. Lee turned himself into the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, August 15, at 8:11pm, TFC N. Gresko served a Bench Warrant (T3-15636) on Kevin Michael Keller, 31, of Hollywood. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving While Suspended on August 8. Mr. Keller was located at his address and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, August 15, at 9:30pm, TFC J. Gibson served a Bench Warrant (T3-15583) on Franklin Earl Robinson, 42, of Brandywine. The warrant was issued by the Circuit Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Displaying Registration Plate(s) Issued for Another Vehicle on July 9. Mr. Robinson was located in Charles County and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

DRUG ARREST: On Wednesday, August 15, at 9:50pm, Sgt. J. Linger conducted a traffic stop on a gray Honda passenger vehicle traveling on Three Notch Road in the area of Jones Wharf Road, in Hollywood, for a traffic violation. Upon approaching the vehicle, Sgt. Linger was able to positively identify the operator as Antionette Carmella Mitchell, 54, of Hollywood. A search of the vehicle resulted in recovering both CDS and CDS Paraphernalia. Ms. Mitchell was arrested and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was charged accordingly and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, August 15, at 11:10pm, TFC J. Gibson served a Bench Warrant (T3-15635) on Christopher Lee Guyther, 24, of Mechanicsville. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving While Intoxicated on August 8. Mr. Guyther was located at his residence and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

DRUG ARREST: On Thursday, August 9, at 12:27pm, TFC N. Gresko conducted a traffic stop on a Chevrolet sport utility vehicle traveling on Pegg Road, in the area of the Shell Station in Lexington Park for a traffic violation. Upon approaching the vehicle, TFC Gresko was able to positively identify the operator as Rahul NMN Grover, 27, of Mechanicsville. TFC Gresko detected a strong odor of CDS emitting from the vehicle. A probable cause search of his person as well the vehicle resulted in both CDS and CDS Paraphernalia. Mr. Grover was arrested and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was charged accordingly and held pending a bond review with District Court Commissioner.

DRUG ARREST: On Thursday, August 9, at 3:07pm, Tpr. S. Morton conducted a traffic stop on a green Chrysler sedan traveling on Chancellor's Run Road, in the area of Clipper Drive in Great Mills for a traffic violation. Upon approaching the vehicle, Tpr Morton was able to positively identify the operator as Corey Brian Washington, 23, of Hollywood. While providing his driver license, Tpr. Morton noticed a plastic bag with suspected CDS inside. Mr. Washington was arrested and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was charged accordingly and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, August 10, at 7:00pm, Tpr. S. Morton served a Bench Warrant (T3-15510) on Michael Thomas Latham, 28, of California. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Theft Less Than $1000.00 on May 18. Mr. Latham turned himself into the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, August 10, at 7:00pm, Cpl M. Laney served a Bench Warrant (T3-15555) on Michael Thomas Latham, 28, of California. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Theft Less Than $1000.00 on June 21. Mr. Latham turned himself into the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

DRUG ARREST: On Saturday, August 11, at 1:45am, TFC B. Wiesemann conducted a traffic stop on a Hyundai passenger vehicle traveling on Mervell Dean Road, in the area of Beck Road in Hollywood for a traffic violation. Upon approaching the vehicle, TFC Wiesemann positively identified the operator as Trey Dominic Barnes, 26, of Callaway. While of the traffic stop, TFC Wiesemann detected an odor of alcohol emitting from Barnes' breath. Barnes was asked to step out of the vehicle. While exiting the vehicle, TFC Wiesemann notice a hand rolled cigarette with suspected CDS inside located behind Barnes' ear. A probable cause search of his person as well as the vehicle resulted in both CDS and CDS Paraphernalia being recovered. Mr. Barnes was arrested and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was charged accordingly and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Sunday, August 12, at 2:50pm, TFC M. Pitcher served a Bench Warrant (T3-15579) on Carlos Douglas White, 28, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving While Revoked on July 6. Mr. White turned himself into the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
