PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. (August 6, 2012)—The Prince Frederick Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.
POSSESSION OF DRUGS: On 7/30/12 at 11:46 pm, Trooper First Class Evans stopped a vehicle for traffic violations at Main St. and Hawk Hill Dr. in Prince Frederick. A probable cause search revealed pills for which there was no prescription. Gerald E. Mayhew, Jr., 42 of Prince Frederick, was placed under arrest and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
DUI, POSSESSION OF DRUGS: On 8/2/12 at 8:45 am, Trooper First Class Merkelson was dispatched to Rt. 4 and Ward Rd. in Dunkirk for a motor vehicle accident. Investigation revealed that Tracey D. Foote, 47 of Lusby, was driving under the influence. She was also in possession of controlled dangerous substances. Foote was placed under arrest and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
DUI, POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 8/3/12 at 12:13 am, Trooper Lewis stopped a vehicle for traffic violations at Rt. 4 and German Chapel Rd. in Prince Frederick. Tyrone A. Hubbard 2nd, 27 of Ft. Washington, was arrested for DWI. He was also found to be in possession of marijuana. Hubbard was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 8/4/12 at 12:59 am, Trooper First Class Evans stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Armory Rd. in Prince Frederick. A probable cause search revealed marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The driver, Jacob K. McCarty, 21 of Prince Frederick, and passengers, Ryan W. Appelle, 21 of Mechanicsville, and Amber M. Leonard, 21 of St. Leonard, were all placed under arrest and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
