MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (July 6, 2012)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

TRESPASSING: On Monday, July 2 at 6:05pm, TFC G. Thompson responded to Millison Plaza located at the 21000 block of Shangri-La Drive for a disorderly subject. Upon arrival TFC Thompson positively identified the subject as Lisa Marie Tippett, 47, of Lexington Park. A check through the St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office revealed that Ms. Tippett was issued a Notice Not to Trespass on April 16. Ms. Tippett was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was charged accordingly and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, July 3, at 2:58pm, Tpr D. Buckalew served a Bench Warrant (T3-15567) on Brian James Douglas, II, 20, of Mechanicsville. The warrant was issued on June 28 by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Assault Second Degree. Mr. Douglas was located and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was charged accordingly and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

DRUG ARREST: On Tuesday, July 3, at 8:37pm, TFC G. Thompson conducted a traffic stop on a green passenger vehicle on Maryland Route 5, in the area of Budds Creek Road for a possible suspended registration. Upon approaching the vehicle, TFC Thompson positively identified the operator as Ryan Shane Moon, 21, of La Plata. While on the traffic stop, TFC Thompson detected the odor of burnt CDS emitting from the vehicle. A probable cause search of the vehicle revealed both CDS and CDS Paraphernalia. Mr. Moon was arrested and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was charged accordingly and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, July 4, at 12:06am, TFC E. Evans served a Bench Warrant (T3-15533) on Joseph Paul Smith, Jr., 20, of Hollywood. The warrant was issued on June 6 by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving while Suspended. Mr. Smith was located during a traffic stop and then transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was charged accordingly and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, July 5, at 4:50pm, TFC B. Wiesemann served an Arrest Warrant (T3-15569) on Cassidy Frank Ellison Bean, 28, of Piney Point. The warrant was issued on July 5 by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Violate Exparte/Protection Order. Mr. Bean was located and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was charged accordingly and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, July 6, at 3:32am, Tpr E. Reuschling served a Bench Warrant (T3-15558) on James Aubrey Pulliam, 43, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued on June 25 by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving Under the Influence. Mr. Pulliam was located at his address and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was charged accordingly and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
