LEONARDTOWN, Md. (July 2, 2012)The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.
DRUG ARREST: On Thursday, June 28 at 8:38pm, TFC N. E. Gresko, positively identified Cliffton Cornelius Pilkeral, 30, of Lexington Park, operating a bicycle on Triangle Drive in Charlotte Hall. TFC Gresko called into the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack to confirm a Bench Warrant he had received on the previous day. Once the warrant was confirmed, TFC Gresko made contact with Mr. Pilkeral and arrested him. A search incident due to the arrest revealed CDS on Mr. Pilkeral. He was then transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was charged accordingly and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, June 28, at 9:45pm, TFC N. E. Gresko served a second Bench Warrant (T3-15564) on Cliffton Cornelius Pilkeral, 30, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued on June 27 by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Possession of CDS. Mr. Pickeral was located and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, June 29, at 1:32am, Tpr S. M. Morton served a Bench Warrant (T3-15121) on Robert Emmanuel Clifford, 28, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued on August 31, 2011 by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Second Degree Assault. Mr. Clifford was located and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, June 29, at 9:45am, TFC E. M. Evans served an Arrest Warrant (T3-15565) on Ronald Linzell Scruggs, 49, of Hollywood. The warrant was issued on June 29 by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Fugitive of Justice. Mr. Scruggs was located and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, June 29, at 7:06pm, TFC E. J. Page served a Bench Warrant (T3-15562) on Shawn Roosevelt Thompson, Sr., 31, of Chaptico. The warrant was issued on June 27 by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving while Suspended. Mr. Thompson tuned himself into the Leonardtown Maryland State Police Barrack and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
