PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. (July 26, 2012)—The Prince Frederick Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.
FRAUD: On 6/18/2012, TFC A. Merkelson initiated an investigation into a fraud after the victim came to the Prince Frederick Barrack to report that a former spouse had forged bank documents in the victim's name. The investigation is continuing and charges are pending.
THEFT: On 6/20/2012 at 11:07 am, Senor Trooper M. Gill responded to the CVS in Solomons regarding a theft complaint. A CVS employee observed Amy Marie Lambert, 30 of Lusby, remove several items from the store without paying for them. Charges are pending at this time.
THEFT: On 6/20/2012 at 3:09 pm, Corporal R. Waner initiated an investigation into a stolen Maryland registration plate. The plate "4675BY" was stolen from a vehicle parked in the 2400 block of Cecil Lane. The investigation is continuing.
ASSAULT and DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: On 6/21/2012, Trooper S. Barlow responded to the 3100 block of Maryland Avenue, Port Republic, for the report of a destruction of property. Investigation determined that several people became involved in a physical altercation and destroyed personal property during the altercation. Charges are pending against April Melissa Woodward, 25 of Port Republic, Jessie Evan Kirby, 31 of Port Republic, and John Howard Ogle, 31 of Port Republic.
ASSAULT: On 6/24/2012 at 2:59 am, Trooper S. Barlow was dispatched to the 2000 block of Chestnut Street, in regards to an assault. Investigation revealed that two subjects assaulted each other during an argument. Jessie Evan Kirby, 31 of Port Republic, and John Howard Ogle, 31 of Port Republic, placed under arrest and taken to the Calvert County Detention Center to be seen by the District Court Commissioner.

WIGHT, Jennifer Leigh, 31, of North Beach, arrested on 6/23/2012 by TPR S. Lewis
MCKEITHAN-PANNELL, Valerie Jean, 51, of Chantilly, Va., arrested on 6/23/2012 by TFC A. Merkelson
CONTEE, Dwayne Edwin, 45, of Dunkirk, arrested on 6/23/2012 by TFC W. Smith
