LA PLATA, Md. (June 21, 2012)—The Charles County Sheriff's Office today released the following incident and arrest reports.

INDECENT EXPOSURE: On June 20 at 12:05 p.m., a 17-year-old female was walking on a foot path near Heathcote Road in Waldorf when an unknown male walked by her and exposed his genitals. The girl continued walking and as she turned to see where the suspect was he turned around and began walking toward her, still exposing himself. The girl fled and notified her parents. The suspect is described as a black male, mid to late thirties, 6'0", and a medium build. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a black "Bulls" jersey, black "Bulls" hat, blue denim shorts, and black sunglasses. Anyone with information is asked to call the Charles County Sheriff's Office at (301) 932-2222. Officer K. Goddard is investigating.

DRUG ARRESTS: On June 14 at 10:20 p.m., PFC J. Morales and PFC R. Kimble were conducting a premise check at a hotel on St. Patrick's Drive in Waldorf when they heard screaming and yelling coming from inside a room. Officers knocked on the door and when it was opened, they observed two subjects run out of the back door. Officers pursued the subjects and apprehended them a short distance away. Large amounts of Ecstasy, marijuana, heroin, drug paraphernalia and cash were observed inside the room. Detectives from the CCSO Narcotics Unit were contacted and detectives obtained a search warrant. As a result, a loaded handgun was discovered in the room. In addition, officers learned one of the subjects had a second room which was possibly being used for prostitution. In all, seven people were charged:

-- Pierre Lamont Harris, 26, of Lexington Park, charged with possession with intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance.

-- Larry Andre Medley, Jr., 20, of Brandywine, charged with possession with intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance.

-- Michael Antonio Barnes, 26, of Temple Hills, charged with possession with intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance, possession of marijuana, possession of a handgun and possession of a handgun while trafficking a controlled dangerous substance.

-- John Maurice Neale, 22, of Barstow, charged with possession with intent to distribute and possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

-- Delonte Andre Medley, 21, of Great Mills, charged with possession with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, and possession of paraphernalia.

-- Jamar Lee Wallace, 20, of Hughesville, charged with possession with intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance.

-- Candice Louise Richardson, 24, of Lexington Park, charged with possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

OFFICER LOCATES HANDGUN AND DRUGS DURING TRAFFIC STOP: On June 14 at 4:42 a.m., Officer M. Kelly initiated a traffic stop in the 3200 block of Crain Highway in Waldorf after observing a traffic violation. During the stop, a loaded handgun and suspected cocaine were discovered inside the car. The occupants, Kalvin Jerome Carter, 30, of Accokeek; Anthony Durrell Weaver, 23, of Waldorf; and Ellis Rashard Harrison, 26, of Waldorf, were arrested and charged with possession of a firearm and possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
