MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (May 22, 2012)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, May 17 at 6:15pm, TFC B. T. Wiesemann served a Bench Warrant (T3-15429) on William Ervin Medley, Jr., 45, of California. The warrant was issued with an original charge of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol on March 21 by the District Court of St. Mary's County. Mr. Medley was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center and served. He was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, May 17 at 8:02pm, Tpr. W. A. Couter served a Bench Warrant (T3-15491) on Christopher Raymond Goldsmith, 39, of Mechanicsville. The warrant was issued for Mr. Goldsmith's arrest on May 2 by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving While Impaired by Alcohol. Mr. Goldsmith was located in the 26000 block of Erin Drive in Mechanicsville and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, May 17 at 10:40pm, TFC J. A. Pilkerton served a Bench Warrant (T3-15468) on Dorothy Theresa Chase, 54, of Great Mills. The warrant was issued for Ms. Chase's arrest with a charge of Driving On A Suspended License on April 13 by the District Court of St. Mary's County. Ms. Chase was located in the 23000 block of Maypole Road in Great Mills and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, May 18 at 4:30pm, TFC J. A. Pilkerton served a Bench Warrant (T3-15506) on William Curtis Anderson, 31, of Mechanicsville. The warrant was issued for Mr. Anderson's arrest on February 22 by the District Court of Charles County with an original charge of Theft Less Than $100.00. Mr. Anderson was located in the area of Maryland Route 236 and Millwood Lane in Mechanicsville and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Sunday, May 20 at 6:46am, TFC M. A. Moore served an Arrest Warrant (T3-15488) on Daniel Brian Evans, 25, of an Unknown Fixed Address. The warrant was issued on May 1 by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Second Degree Assault. Mr. Evans was located and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and served. He was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
