MSP Reports for Calvert County


PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. (May 21, 2012)—The Prince Frederick Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 5/14/2012 at 6:20 pm, Trooper First Class Lewis stopped a vehicle for traffic violations at Chesapeake Station in Chesapeake Beach. Drug paraphernalia was observed in the vehicle. A further search also revealed Marijuana. Taj M. Cissel, 38 of Chesapeake Beach was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 5/15/2012 at 8:15 pm, Trooper Oles responded to the Shell service station in Lusby for a reported theft from a vehicle. Two tan leather seats were stolen from a 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe which was being stored on the property. Investigation continues.

DRUG ARREST: On 5/19/2012 at 01:25 am, Trooper Oles stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Rt. 4 at Broomes Island Rd. Several bottles of pills were observed in the vehicle. Further investigation revealed that the driver did not have a prescription for the pills. Tina M. Bourgeault, 26 of Lusby, was arrested and charged. She was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.

BURGLARY, THEFT: On 5/20/2012 at 6:44 pm, Trooper Barlow responded to the 100 block of Schooner Lane in Prince Frederick for a reported burglary and theft. A Honda ATV four wheeler was stolen from the property. A radio was also stolen from an unlocked vehicle and a motorcycle helmet was stolen from inside the building Investigation continues.

Kenneth M. MILLIGAN, 45, of St. Leonard, arrested on 05/17/2012 @ 06:29 pm by TPR. S. Barlow

Jamel C. COMMODORE, 41, of St. Leonard, arrested on 5/18/2012 @ 08:15 pm by TFC K. Logsdon
