MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (May 14, 2012)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) has released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, April 26 at 10:50am, Cpl. M. W. Laney served a Bench Warrant (T3-15480) on James Edward Denton, 49, of Lusby. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County on April 25 with an original charge of Driving Without a Required License and Driving On A Suspended License. Mr. Denton was located in the area of the Great Mills Trading Post and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, April 26 at 12:40pm, TFC K. D. Lashley served a Bench Warrant (T3-15227) on Donta M. Gross, 34, of Saint Leonard. The warrant was issued with an original charge of Theft Less Than $100.00 by the District Court of St. Mary's County on November 18, 2011. Mr. Gross was located in the 46000 block of Yorktown Road in Lexington Park and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, April 26 at 1:57pm, TFC M. A. Moore served an Arrest Warrant (T3-15433) on Dennnis Morris Hinnant, 18, of Washington, D. C. The warrant was issued on March 22 with an original charge of Armed Robbery by the District Court of St. Mary's County. Mr. Hinnant was located in Charles County and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, April 26 at 3:25pm, TFC E. R. Mersman served a Bench Warrant (T3-15482) on George Dwayne Mulloy, 26, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued on April 25 by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving On A Suspended License. Mr. Mulloy was located and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, April 26 at 8:10pm, TFC R. L. Jackson served a Bench Warrant (T3-15484) on Edgar C. Brockman, 44, of Dundalk. The warrant was issued for Mr. Brockman's arrest on April 26 by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Threats of Arson. Mr. Brockman was located and served at the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack prior to being transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, April 27 at 12:30pm, TFC N. E. Gresko served a Bench Warrant (T3-15479) on Alexandra Spencer Barnes, 55, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued with an original charge of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol by the District Court of St. Mary's County on April 25. Mr. Barnes was located in the area of Maryland Route 235 and Buck Hewitt Road and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, May 1 at 12:35pm, TFC J. S. Gibson served a Bench Warrant (T3-15478) on Brandi M. Beckett, 28, of Great Mills. The warrant was issued for Ms. Beckett's arrest on April 24 by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of CDS Possession - Not Marijuana. Ms. Beckett was located in Lexington Park and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, May 3 at 8:05am, Tpr. S. M. Ditoto served a Bench Warrant (T3-11696) on James Parks, 54, of Waldorf. The warrant was issued with an original charge of Driving On A Suspended License on September 6, 2005 by the District Court of St. Mary's County. Mr. Parks was located upon turning himself into the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, May 3 at 8:45am, TFC G. A. Thompson served a Bench Warrant (T3-15452) on James Daniel Seifert, 19, of Clements. The warrant was issued on April 5 by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Trespass: Private Property. Mr. Seifert was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center and served. He was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, May 4 at 8:07pm, TFC E. R. Mersman served a Bench Warrant (T3-15494) on Michael Thomas Latham, 28, of California. The warrant was issued with an original charge of Theft Less Than $1000.00 by the District Court of St. Mary's County on May 3. Mr. Latham was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, May 7 at 11:00am, TFC R. B. Rezza served an Arrest Warrant (T3-15495) on Grafton Samuel Robinson, 20, of Saint Leonard. The warrant was issued for Mr. Robinson's arrest on May 7 by the District Court of St. Mary's County. The original charge was Violation of Exparte / Protective Order. Mr. Robinson was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was previously incarcerated and served. He was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, May 9 at 2:55pm, TFC E. M. Evans served a Bench Warrant (T3-15500) on Jessica Lynn Williams, 21, of Leonardtown. The warrant was issued with an original charge of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving While Impaired by Alcohol on May 9 by the District Court of St. Mary's County. Ms. Williams was located at the District Court and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where she was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, May 9 at 10:15pm, TFC J. S. Gibson served an Arrest Warrant (T3-15470) on Walter Argueta Trujillo, 42, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued with an original charge of Second Degree Assault on April 15 by the District Court of St. Mary's County. Mr. Trujillo was apprehended in the 46000 block of Chapman Drive in Lexington Park and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
