MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (April 19, 2012)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, April 17 at 2:48am, TFC M. A. Moore served a Bench Warrant (T3-15442) on Joseph Henry Payne, 35, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued with an original charge of Driving On A Suspended License and Driving An Uninsured Vehicle on March 28 by the District Court of St. Mary's County. Mr. Payne turned himself into the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, April 17 at 8:30pm, TFC G. A. Thompson served a Bench Warrant (T3-15330) on Deborah Lorraine Evans, 57, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving On A Suspended License on January 25. Ms. Evans was located in the 48000 block of Leeward Circle in Lexington Park and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, April 18 at 11:00am, TFC R. B. Rezza served two outstanding Arrest Warrants (T3-15472 / T3-15473) on Timothy Scott Hancock, 34, of Leonardtown. The warrant (T3-15473) was issued on April 18 by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Violation of Exparte / Protective Order. Warrant (T3-15472) was also issued on April 18 with an original charge of Violation Exparte / Protective Order and Telephone Misuse: Repeated Calls. Mr. Hancock was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was already in custody. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
