MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (March 27, 2012)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, March 21 at 11:10am, Tpr. W. A. Couter served a Circuit Court Warrant (T3-15428) on Charles Rodger Wathen, 31, of Hollywood. The warrant was issued for Mr. Wathen's arrest on March 14 by the Circuit Court of St. Mary's County. The original charge was Violation of Probation - Driving On A Suspended License. Mr. Wathen was located at the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, March 21 at 11:15am, TFC R. B. Rezza served an Arrest Warrant (T3-15427) on Timothy Scott Hancock, 34, of Leonardtown. The warrant was issued on March 21 by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of First Degree Assault and Malicious Destruction of Property. Mr. Hancock was located in the 26000 block of Bohle Road in Mechanicsville and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, March 22 at 2:07am, Tpr. S. M. Morton served a Circuit Court Warrant (T3-15423) on Kevin Terrell Gray, 30, of Suitland. The warrant was issued by the Circuit Court of St. Mary's County on March 16. The warrant was issued as a result of a Grand Jury Indictment for Possession of a Handgun. Mr. Gray was located in the 46000 block of Orchid Lane in Lexington Park and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, March 22 at 9:07am, Tpr. W. A. Couter served a Bench Warrant (T3-15436) on Jose Lisandro Robles, 39, of Clinton. The warrant was issued for Mr. Robles' arrest on March 24, 2009 by the District Court of Prince George's County with an original charge of Driving Without Require License. Mr. Robles was located during a routine traffic stop in the Mechanicsville area of St. Mary's County and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. Upon being served he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, March 22 at 2:00pm, TFC J. A. Pilkerton served a Bench Warrant (T3-15431) on Kaila Marie Gravely, 27, of Leonardtown. The warrant was issued on March 21 by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving On A Suspended License. Ms. Gravely was located in the 22000 block of Armstrong Drive in Leonardtown and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, March 23 at 4:57am, TFC M. A. Moore served a Circuit Court Warrant (T3-15424) on Travis Arnaz Dawkins, 22, of Prince Frederick. The warrant was issued for Mr. Dawkins' arrest on March 16 by the Circuit Court of St. Mary's County as a result of a Grand Jury Indictment for Possession of a Handgun. Mr. Dawkins was located in the area of Central Village Drive in Prince Frederick and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center for service. Upon service, he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, March 23 at 11:45pm, TFC G. A. Thompson served an outstanding Arrest Warrant (T3-15181) and Bench Warrant (T3-15191) on William Jerome Swales, 32, of Lexington Park. The Bench Warrant was issued with an original charge of Theft Less Than $100.00 Value on October 25, 2011 by the District Court of St. Mary's County. The Arrest Warrant, also issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County had an issue date of October 16, 2011 and an original charge of Second Degree Assault. Mr. Swales was located and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, March 24 at 3:10pm, Tpr. S. M. Ditoto served a Bench Warrant (T3-15439) on Maurice Dimitri Respass, 30, of Washington, D. C. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Charles County on March 20 with an original charge of Theft Less Than $1000.00 Value. Mr. Respass was located on the scene of an accident in the 30000 block of Three Notch Road in Charlotte Hall. He was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and served. He was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, March 26 at 8:10pm, TFC G. A. Thompson served a Circuit Court Warrant (T3-15425) on Dvonte S. Claggett, 19, of Port Republic. The warrant was issued on March 16 as the result of a Grand Jury Indictment for Possession of a Handgun by the Circuit Court of St. Mary's County. Mr. Claggett was located at the Calvert County Detention Center and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
