LEONARDTOWN, Md. (March 5, 2012)The St. Mary's County Bureau of Criminal Investigations (BCI) Narcotics Division released the following incident and arrest reports. The Division is an investigative team comprised of detectives from the St. Marys County Sheriffs Office, Maryland State Police Drug Enforcement Division, and Federal Drug Agents (HIDTA Group 34). The Division was established on September 1st, 2007 and is based in St. Marys County.
PRESCRIPTION FRAUD: Vice Narcotics detectives continued their investigation into the prescription fraud and distribution network that was being conducted by Suspect Jesse Patrick Goble, 22, of Charlotte Hall. Detectives began to work with detectives from the Fairfax County Police Department when Goble's criminal activity crossed state lines. A search and seizure warrant was obtained and executed with the assistance of St. Mary's County Emergency Services Team and the St. Mary's County K-9 Unit, while in the company of Fairfax County detectives. Recovered were 37 Oxycodone Pills (Street Value of $1,110), marijuana, a laptop computer, desk top computer, printer/scanner and two handguns (.25 and .44 caliber). Goble was arrested and additional charges are pending. Goble is currently under indictment for felony drug charges and is awaiting trial in St. Mary's County.
COCAINE DISTRIBUTION INDICTMENT: Vice Narcotics detectives indicted Ineisha Nat'e Young, 22, of Lexington Park, for two counts of "Conspiring with Betty Lou Mason to distribute cocaine." She was arrested and is currently awaiting a bond hearing.
DRUG AND GUN INDICTMENTS: Vice Narcotics detectives indicted Ashley Nicole Hyde, 26, of Charlotte Hall, for several drug and gun charges. The arrest indictment included the charges of possession with the intent to distribute methadone and morphine as well as possession of a firearm while trafficking narcotics. Vice Narcotics detectives observed the suspect in the Leonardtown area and with assistance from a patrol deputy, Hyde was arrested. Search incident to the arrest revealed 172 Methadone 10mg pills (street value $1,720), 9 suspected Oxycodone 30mg pills (street value $270), and 10 suspected Oxycodone 30mg pills ($300). A prescription bottle for 180 Oxycodone 30mg pills in Hyde's name was also located. She was arrested and is currently being held without bond, additional charges are pending.
