LA PLATA, Md. (December 09, 2011)—The Charles County Sheriff's Office released the following incident and arrest reports.
ROBBERY: On Dec. 6 at 8:20 p.m., officers responded to the area of Indian Head Avenue and Leslie Drive in Indian Head for the report of a robbery. The victims, ages 23 and 20, reported they were walking in the area when three suspects approached, displayed a handgun and demanded money. The victims complied and the suspects fled. A police K-9 team conducted a track and officers canvassed the area. Pfc. D. Benthin is investigating.
BURGLARY: On Dec. 5 between 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., unknown suspect(s) broke into a house in the 8900 block of Penns Hill Road in La Plata and stole money. PFC B. Virts is investigating.
