LEONARDTOWN, Md. (November 28, 2011)The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, November 22 at 12:15pm, TFC R. L. Jackson served an Arrest Warrant (T3-14875) on James Alexander Szwed, Jr., 45, of Waldorf. The warrant was issued on March 30 by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of First Degree Burglary. Mr. Szwed was located and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, November 23 at 1:50pm, TFC J. R. Stern served a Bench Warrant (T3-15226) on Jacob R. Wilkins, 19, of Charlotte Hall. The warrant was issued with an original charge of Child Abuse - 2nd Degree by the District Court of St. Mary's County on November 18. Mr. Wilkins was located in the 30000 block of Serenity Lane in Charlotte Hall and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, November 23 at 3:10pm, TFC B. T. Wiesemann served a Circuit Court Warrant (T3-14983) on Marcus Paul Cannon, 24, of Hughesville. The warrant was issued as a result of a Grand Jury Indictment for Armed Robbery on June 6 by the Circuit Court of St. Mary's County. Mr. Cannon was located in the 15000 block of Campfire Place in Hughesville and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, November 24 at 12:40am, Tpr. E. T. Reuschling served an Arrest Warrant (T3-15062) on George Neal Stauffer, 29, of Charlotte Hall. The warrant was issued on July 27 with an original charge of Malicious Destruction of Property by the District Court of St. Mary's County. Mr. Stauffer was located and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, November 24 at 1:15pm, TFC J. A. Pilkerton served a Bench Warrant (T3-14665) on Jeffrey Brandon Junge, 23, of Hollywood. The warrant was issued on November 5 by the District Court of St. Mary's County for Driving While Impaired by Alcohol. Mr. Junge turned himself into Law Enforcement Personnel and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, November 25 at 12:35am, TFC E. J. Page served an Arrest Warrant (T3-15237) on Catherine Benita Aikens, 44, of Great Mills. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Prince George's County on May 24 with an original charge of Failure to Stop After Accident Involving Damage to Attended Vehicle. Ms. Aikens was located in the 21000 block of Village Court in Great Mills and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, November 25 at 3:15pm, TFC B. T. Wiesemann served an Arrest Warrant on Marvin Eugene Briscoe, 29, of an Unknown Fixed Address. The warrant was issued for Mr. Briscoe's arrest on March 31 with original charges of First Degree Assault, Second Degree Assault, and Malicious Destruction of Property. Mr. Briscoe was located and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, November 26 at 4:30pm, TFC J. C. Hardesty served a Bench Warrant (T3-15238) on Kathryn Ann Harley, 32, of Saint Leonard. The warrant was issued on August 31 by the District Court of Calvert County with an original charge of Driving On A Suspended License. Ms. Harley was located in the area of Maryland Route 5 and Maryland Route 235 in Mechanicsville. She was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center, served, and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Sunday, November 27 at 7:20am, Tpr. S. M. Morton served a Bench Warrant (T3-15210) on David Smith Foard, 42, of Leonardtown. The warrant was issued with an original charge of Driving On A Suspended License on November 4 by the District Court of Calvert County. Mr. Foard was located in the 23000 block of Point Lookout Road in Leonardtown and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
