St. Mary's County Sheriff's Reports


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (November 22, 2011)—The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office today released the following incident and arrest reports.

PROTECTIVE ORDER VIOLATION: On November 21 at approximately 8:45 p.m., deputies responded to a residence on Great Mills Road in Lexington Park for a report of a protective order violation. Investigation revealed Christopher Scott Lacey, 26, no fixed address, entered into the victim's residence in violation of a protective order issued on June 14. Deputy Foor arrested Lacey and charged him with violation of a protective order.

SECOND DEGREE ASSAULT: On November 21 at approximately 7:53 p.m., deputies responded to a residence on Harpers Corner Road in Mechanicsville for a report of a domestic assault. Investigation revealed James Mark Kimble, Sr., 49, of Mechanicsville, became involved in a dispute with the victim which escalated into a physical assault when Kimble choked the victim. Kimble fled the scene but was located a short time later by Deputy Beishline. Kimble was arrested and charged with second degree assault.

ASSAULT: On November 20, deputies responded to a residence on Mervell Dean Road in Hollywood for a report of assault. Investigation revealed Dino Anthony Pierotti, 49, of Hollywood, assaulted two victims within the residence. Both victims fled prior to police arrival. When police arrived, Pierotti had fortified himself within the residence refusing to come out. St. Mary's County Emergency Services Team and the Crisis Incident Negotiator Team were called to the scene. After several hours of negotiating with Pierotti, he exited the residence and was arrested. He was charged with two counts of second degree assault.
