MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (October 27, 2011)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, October 24 at 6:15 pm, Tpr. O. Tchi Ngambu served a Bench Warrant (T3-13325) on Camielle Nanette Commodore, 25, of Lusby. The warrant was issued on March 19, 2008 by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving Under the Influence. Ms. Commodore was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center as fulfillment of a detainer on a previous arrest that occurred in July of 2011. Ms. Commodore was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, October 24 at 11:54 am, TFC E. M. Evans served a Bench Warrant (T3-13856) on Thomas Louis Ford, 36, of Washington, D.C. The warrant was issued on March 6, 2009 with an original charge of Driving Without Required License by the District Court of St. Mary's County. Mr. Ford was located and served at the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, October 25 at 9:00 am, Christopher Bryon Morgan, 27, of Lexington Park was served on an outstanding Bench Warrant (T3-15123) by TFC E. M. Evans. The warrant was issued with an original charge of Second Degree Assault on September 7 by the District Court of St. Mary's County. Mr. Morgan was located on a traffic stop in the area of Maryland Route 5 and Maryland Route 236. He was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, October 25 at 5:20 pm, TFC G. A. Thompson served a Bench Warrant (T3-15178) on Gary B. Johnson, 48, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued on October 14 by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of CDS Possession - Marijuana. Mr. Johnson was located in the 20000 block of Hermanville Road and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was charged accordingly and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, October 26 at 7:25 pm, Tpr. O. Tchi Ngambu and Tpr. S. M. Ditoto served two outstanding Bench Warrants (T3-15194 / T3-15195) on Damon Dewitt Neal, Sr., 31, of Edgewater. Warrant T3-15194 was issued by the District Court of Anne Arundel County on December 1, 2010 with an original charge of Driving On A Suspended License. Warrant T3-15195 was issued on August 7, 2010 with an original charge of Second Degree Assault by the District Court of Baltimore City. Mr. Neal was located in the 29000 block of Allison Circle in Mechanicsville and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
