LEONARDTOWN, Md. (September 22, 2011)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, September 19 at 1:42 a.m., TFC E. M. Evans served a Bench Warrant (T3-15132) on Kennard M. Williams, 21, of Bowie. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Montgomery County on May 20 with an original charge of CDS Possession - Marijuana. Mr. Williams was located in the area of Maryland Route 235 and Hollywood Rescue Squad. He was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, September 21 at 10:15 a.m., TFC M. J. Pitcher served two outstanding Bench Warrants (T3-15135 / T3-15136) on Michelle Leigh Hall, 42, of Leonardtown. Both warrants were issued for Ms. Hall's arrest on September 20 by the District Court of St. Mary's County. Original charges were Driving While Impaired by Alcohol and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Ms. Hall was located in the 39000 block of Combs Road in Leonardtown and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, September 21 at 11:40 p.m., TFC J. S. Gibson served a Circuit Court Bench Warrant (T3-10629) on Jarvis Wellington Somerville, 35, of Saint Mary's City. The warrant was issued by the Circuit Court on September 26, 2003 with a charge of Failure to Appear for Show Cause Hearing. Mr. Somerville was located and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
