MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (September 20, 2011)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, September 15 at 7:35pm, TFC J. G. Fleetwood served a Circuit Court Warrant (T3-15083) on Anthony Tyrone Adams, 26, of Great Mills. The warrant was issued by the Circuit Court of St. Mary's County as a result of a Grand Jury Indictment for Second Degree Burglary. Mr. Adams was located and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, September 16 at 2:20pm, TFC E. J. Page served a Bench Warrant (T3-15130) on Adam Robert Bean, 29, of Great Mills. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Calvert County on August 3 with an original charge of Driving On A Suspended License. Mr. Bean was located on a traffic stop in the area of Maryland Route 5 and Maryland Route 242. Following the confirmation of the warrant, Mr. Bean was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, September 16 at 6:35pm, Tpr. R. L. Jackson served a Bench Warrant (T3-15058) on Jeramey Kishan Bradshaw, 23, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued on July 26 by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Fraud - Per Identification, Driving On A Suspended License and Attempting to Elude Uniformed Police By Fleeing On Foot. Mr. Bradshaw was located and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

DRUG ARREST: On Friday, September 16 at 6:42pm, TFC A. J. Malaspina conducted a traffic stop on a white Suzuki in the Sheetz Parking lot off Maryland Route 246 for a traffic violation. Upon approaching the vehicle, he made contact with the operator, Kenneth Craig Bowman, 47, of Clements, and a female passenger, 39, of Lexington Park. While NCIC and MVA queries were being done on both the vehicle and occupants, TFC Malaspina observed the female passenger become agitated and had her exit the vehicle. While outside the vehicle, the female passenger made a statement indicating that there was possible CDS in the vehicle. TFC Malaspina additionally questioned Mr. Bowman as a result of the statement and was able to confiscate CDS - Marijuana in the center console of the vehicle. Mr. Bowman was placed under arrest for Possession of CDS. Mr. Bowman was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was charged accordingly and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
