MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (September 8, 2011)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, September 6 at 9:45am, TFC J. S. Gibson served two outstanding Bench Warrants (T3-15051 / T3-15052) on Jessica Adele Kearney, 25, of Hollywood. The original charge of CDS Possession - Not Marijuana, warrant (T3-15051) was issued on July 19 by the District Court of St. Mary's County. Warrant (T3-15052) was issued on July 20 with an original charge of Driving On A Suspended License by the District Court of St. Mary's County. Ms. Kearney was located and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where she was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, September 6 at 10:45am, TFC J. G. Fleetwood served a Bench Warrant (T3-15089) on Fredy Herman Eatmon, II, 46, of Washington, D.C. The warrant was issued on August 16 with an original charge of Theft Less Than $1000.00 by the District Court of St. Mary's County. Mr. Eatmon was located at the District Court in Leonardtown and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

TRESPASSING: On Tuesday, September 6 at 4:41pm, TFC G. A. Thompson responded 21000 block of Liberty Street in Lexington Park for a report of a Violation of Trespass Order. Upon arrival, contact was made with a complainant who explained that a no trespass order was in place for Paul Arthur McGinty, 25, of Solomons. TFC Thompson responded to a residence Mr. McGinty was believed to be visiting. Contact was made with an occupant of the residence who confirmed that Mr. McGinty was present. A NCIC query of Mr. McGinty revealed that there was an active Protective Order prohibiting contact with the parties he was in the company of. Mr. McGinty was placed under arrest for Violation of Protection Order and Violation of No Trespass Order. He was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, September 7 at 1:10am, TFC N. E. Gresko served a Bench Warrant (T3-15110) on Bruce Bernard Franks, Jr., 19, of Dameron. The warrant was issued on August 24 by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving Without A License. Mr. Franks was located in the 16000 block of Three Notch Road in Dameron and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. Mr. Franks was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, September 7 at 6:46am. Tpr. E. T. Reuschling served a Bench Warrant (T3-15107) on Casandra Lynette Bond, 21, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued with an original charge of Driving Without A License on August 24 by the District Court of St. Mary's County. Ms. Bond turned herself into the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
