PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. (August 16, 2011)—The Prince Frederick Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) released the following incident and arrest reports.
POSSESSION OF OXYCODONE: On August 7 at 10:21 am, Trooper First Class Logsdon responded to the 1200 block of Gowan Court in Prince Frederick for a reported assault. During the investigation, Timothy L. Long, 26 of Prince Frederick, was found to be in possession of Oxycodone. He was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: On August 8 at 8:00 am, Sergeant Bevard responded to the Calvert Country School on Dares Beach Rd. for a report of destruction of property. Unknown suspect(s) spray painted the side of the building. Investigation continues.
POSSESSION OF SUBOXONE: On August 8 at 8:31 am, Trooper West stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Rt 260 at St. Andrews Drive in Chesapeake Beach. Jeffery L. Harrison, 35 of Severn, was found to be in possession of Suboxone and Drug Paraphernalia. He was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On August 8 at 10:06 pm, Trooper First Class Lewis stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Rt. 4 at Hickory Ridge Road in Dunkirk. A search of the vehicle revealed that Rafael M. McRae, 20 of Fort Washington, and Alonzo Cooke, 20 of Clinton, were in possession of marijuana. They were arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
TRESPASSING: On August 9 at 12:11 am, Trooper First Class Saucerman responded to the Wawa in Prince Frederick for a reported trespassing complaint. Jeannine Mazza, 68 of Prince Frederick, was inside the store after being told by police not to return. She was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
POSSESSION OF OXYCODONE: On August 10 at 1:00 am, Trooper First Class Merkelson responded to the Wawa in Prince Frederick for a suspicious person complaint. Amy M. Drye, 32 of Broomes Island, was contacted in the parking lot and was found to be in possession of Oxycodone. She was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
DUI, POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On August 10 at 12:57 pm, Trooper First Class Dawson stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Steeple Chase Drive in Prince Frederick. The driver, Sharlene A. Hager, 28 of Prince Frederick, was found to be intoxicated and was placed under arrest. A search also revealed that she was in possession of marijuana. She was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
THEFT: On August 11 at 4:35 pm, Trooper First Class Gill received a complaint from the manager of the Verizon store in Prince Frederick regarding the theft of numerous Blue Tooth headset's. Charges are pending against the suspect, Derrick A. Brown, 43 of Clinton.
POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On August 13 at 2:14 am, Trooper West stopped at vehicle for speeding on Route 260 at Route 2 in Owings. A search of the vehicle revealed that the passenger, Anthony T. B. Beechtold, 23 of Huntingtown, was in possession of marijuana. He was arrested and incarcerated to the Calvert County Detention Center.
DUI, POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On August 14 at 1:29 am, Trooper Casarella stopped a vehicle on Rt. 231 at Hallowing Point Park for traffic violations. The driver, James D. Windsor, Sr., 32 of Woodbridge, Va., was found to be intoxicated and was placed under arrest. A search revealed he was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
