MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (July 25, 2011)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, July 20 at 2:25pm, TFC J. G. Fleetwood served a Circuit Court Warrant (T3-15034) on Glenn Elbert Bailey, Jr., 47, of Leonardtown. The warrant was issued by the Circuit Court of St. Mary's County on July 11 with a charge of Theft $1,000.00 to Under $10,000.00 as a result of a Grand Jury Indictment. Mr. Bailey was located and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, July 21 at 3:34pm, TFC J. G. Fleetwood served a Bench Warrant (T3-15026) on Justin Alan Smith, 21, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued on July 6 by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving On A Suspended License. Mr. Smith was located and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, July 23 at 10:25am, TFC M. A. Moore served two outstanding Bench Warrants (T3-15041 / T3-15042) on Ryan Samuel Young, 24, of Mechanicsville. Both warrants were issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County on July 11 with an original charge of First Degree Burglary. Mr. Young turned himself into the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Sunday, July 24 at 12:30pm, Tpr. R. L. Jackson served a Bench Warrant (T3-14926) on Michael Thomas Latham, 27, of Avenue. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County on April 28 with an original charge of Theft less than $1000.00. Mr. Latham was located and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
