St. Mary's County Sheriff's Reports


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (July 22, 2011)—The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office today released the following incident and arrest reports.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On July 21, Dfc. Patrick Bowen responded to the Leonardtown Volunteer Fire Department for an intoxicated subject in the parking lot. Upon arrival, Dfc. Bowen encountered Philip Michael Lance Martin, 24, of Leonardtown, who was yelling and cursing at other persons in the lot. Mr. Martin was told to stop the yelling and cursing and upon refusing, was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct.

TRESPASS: On July 21, Dfc. Scott Ruest responded to the Days Inn in Lexington Park for a trespass. Upon arrival, Dfc. Ruest spoke with staff who reported Amanda Rae Harter, 35, of Lexington Park, had been on the property causing a disturbance. It was further learned that Harter had been issued a notice not to trespass earlier in the day and escorted off the property. Deputy Ruest located Harter in the vicinity of the hotel and arrested her for trespass.

ASSAULT: On July 21, Deputy Kenneth Flerlage responded to the Pegg Road Shell Station for a disturbance. Upon arrival, he learned Livingston G. Sanchez, of Lexington Park, had been involved in an argument with his wife. During the argument, Sanchez struck the victim in the head causing visible signs of injury. Livingston G. Sanchez was arrested and charged with Assault Second Degree.
