In January 2008 his desire to focus our limited resources on both emergent and longer term needs for the Navy and Marine Corps rotorcraft communities led to his selection as Director for the Naval Aviation Center for Rotorcraft Advancement (NACRA).
According to Dave Russell, Tekla President and CEO, Dougs ability to create successful partnerships with industry, academia, and other services and his basic desire to support the warfighter make him a perfect addition to the Tekla family.
Im as excited as I can be to be joining Tekla, said Isleib. The companys core values of integrity, high performing, empowered individuals and dedication to the customer and warfighter match mine perfectly. And Ive got to admit, theres nothing I like better than being a member of a motivated, fun loving team, like the one Ive just joined.
