MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (June 28, 2011)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, June 24 at 8:25am, Tpr. B. T. Wiesemann served two outstanding Bench Warrants (T3-14889 / T3-14973) on Teara Marie Eckloff, 22, of Hollywood. Warrant T3-14889 was issued on April 6 by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving On A Suspended License. Warrant T3-14973 was issued on June 2 by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving On A Suspended License. Ms. Eckloff was located in Charles County and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center for service. She was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, June 24 at 9:10am, TFC E. M. Evans served two outstanding Bench Warrants (T3-15005 / T3-15006) on Charles Edward Summers, 28, of Great Mills. The warrants were issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County on June 22 with original charges of Driving Without the Required License and Driving On A Suspended Out-of-State License. Mr. Summers was located in the 22000 block of Saint Clements Circle in Great Mills and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center for service. Mr. Summers was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, June 24 at 11:09am, TFC E. M. Evans served a Circuit Court Warrant (T3-13733) on Antione Edward Proctor, 31, of Bowie. The warrant was issued on December 3, 2008 by the Circuit Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving On A Suspended License. Mr. Proctor was located in Charles County and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center for service. Mr. Proctor was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, June 24 at 10:45pm, Sgt. A. Rossignol served a Bench Warrant (T3-14963) on James E. Scriber, 54, of Mechanicsville. The warrant was issued for Mr. Scriber's arrest on May 24 by the District Court of St. Mary's County. The original charge was Failing to Pay a Deferred Payment of $500.00. Mr. Scriber turned himself into law enforcement authorities and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, June 25 at 9:50am, TFC J. A. Pilkerton served a Bench Warrant (T3-14977) on Nicholas Joseph Smalley, 19, of California. The warrant was issued on June 3 with an original charge of Driving Without A Required License by the District Court of St. Mary's County. Mr. Smalley was located and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, June 25 at 6:15pm, TFC J. S. Gibson served two outstanding Arrest Warrants (T3-15008 / T3-15009) on Ryan Samuel Young, 24, of an Unknown Fixed Address. Mr. Young was wanted for First Degree Burglary. The warrants were issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County on June 23. Mr. Young was located and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Sunday, June 26 at 8:45am, Tpr. B. T. Wiesemann served a Bench Warrant (T3-15011) on April Lynn Haley, 36, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County on June 24 with an original charge of Driving On A Suspended License. Ms. Haley was located in the 46000 block of Radford Lane in Lexington Park and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. Ms. Haley was held at the Detention Center pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, June 27 at 3:30pm, TFC N. E. Gresko served a Circuit Court Warrant (T3-14903) on Jeremie Lamar Neal, 26, of an Unknown Fixed Address. The warrant was issued by the Circuit Court of St. Mary's County on April 15 as the result of a Grand Jury Indictment for First Degree Arson. Mr. Neal was located and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, June 27 at 4:14pm, TFC S. M. Van Bennekum served a Bench Warrant (T3-15010) on Aaron C. Bankins, 20, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued with an original charge of Second Degree Assault on June 22 by the District Court of St. Mary's County. Mr. Bankins was located and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and served. He was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
