PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. (June 10, 2011)—The Calvert County Board of Education has announced they will meet on June 27.
The Board will meet in closed session at 9:30 a.m. to discuss personnel, negotiations, legal, and administrative issues as permitted by the Maryland Open Meetings Act, Section 10-508(a)(1)(i) and (ii), and (7) and (9) and Section 10-503 of the State Government Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland.
The Board will also meet in open session at 10:30 a.m. The tentative agenda includes a discussion of the 2013 Capital Improvement Plan development process, the consideration of a bid for refuse and recycling, and the discussion of the Northern High School Educational Specifications.
The meeting will be held at the Brooks Administrative Building, 1305 Dares Beach Road, Prince Frederick.
