LEONARDTOWN, Md. (June 9, 2011)—On June 7, detectives from the Bureau of Criminal Investigations (BCI) began an investigation into the sexual abuse of a twelve year-old boy in St. Mary's County. As a result of the investigation, Michael Devon Adams, Jr., 30, of Waldorf, was arrested on Wednesday, June 8, and charged with one count of sexual abuse to a minor under statute CR.3.602.(b). The criminal complaint was filed by Trooper J. R. Stern of the Maryland State Police.
