MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (June 6, 2011)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, June 2, 2011 at 1:45pm, TFC J. G. Fleetwood served an outstanding Circuit Court Warrant (T3-14936) on Anthony Demetrious Lee, 31, of Patuxent River. The warrant was issued by the Circuit Court of St. Mary's County on May 9, 2011 with an original charge of Currency: Manufacture/ Counterfeit as a result of a Grand Jury Indictment. Mr. Lee was apprehended in Rappahannock, Virginia and extradited back to the St. Mary's County Detention Center for service. He was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, June 3, 2011 at 3:55pm, TFC M. B. Adams served a Bench Warrant (T3-14967) on Brandi Marie Beckett, 28, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued on May 31, 2011 by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Theft Less Than $1000.00 Value. A search incident to arrest revealed that Ms. Beckett was in possession of CDS and CDS Paraphernalia. Ms. Beckett was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center served and charged accordingly. She was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

DRUG ARREST: On Saturday, June 4, 2011 at 12:30am, TFC J. S. Gibson initiated a traffic stop on a Dodge Avenger in the area of All Faith Church Road and Pilkerton Drive for a traffic violation. Upon making contact with the operator, a juvenile male, 17, of Mechanicsville, TFC Gibson detected the odor of raw marijuana emitting from the vehicle. The operator and two passengers were requested to exit the vehicle while a probable cause search was performed. The search revealed various forms of CDS Paraphernalia and CDS - Marijuana. The operator was taken into custody and transported to the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack where he was charged accordingly and released to a guardian pending further action by Juvenile Services.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, June 4, 2011 at 2:24pm, TFC M. A. Moore served an Arrest Warrant (T3-14978) on Lynn Randolph Campbell, 63, of Mechanicsville. The warrant was issued for Mr. Campbell's arrest on June 4, 2011 by the District Court of St. Mary's County for a Violation of Exparte or Protective Order. Mr. Campbell was located in the area of Shoreview Drive and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was charged accordingly and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, June 6, 2011 at 1:30am, TFC J. S. Gibson served a Bench Warrant (T3-14892) on Ma Dominga Roma Sanchez, 45, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Queen Anne's County on March 30, 2011 with an original charge of Driving Without Required License. Ms. Sanchez was located in the 21000 block of Bridgett Lane in Lexington Park, and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where she was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
