MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (May 23, 2011)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, May 16 at 10:40am, Tpr. S. M. Ditoto served a Bench Warrant (T3-14940) on Michael S. Filloramo, 21, of Hollywood. The warrant was issued on May 12 by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Malicious Destruction of Property. Mr. Filloramo turned himself in and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center for service. He was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

THEFT UNDER $100: On Monday, May 16 at 9:37pm, Tpr. S. M. Morton responded to the Family Dollar in the 40000 block of Merchants Lane in Leonardtown for a reported theft. Upon arrival, contact was made with a male complainant, 58, of Clements who advised he observed two female subjects attempting to conceal unpaid merchandise in their possession. TFC Morton made contact with both subjects as they attempted to exit the store without purchasing the items. Various unpaid items were located in the handbags of both subjects. Jamie Marie Sagies, 22, of Seabrook and Amy Marie Aloupis, 27, of Chesapeake Beach were both issued Criminal Citations for Theft Under $100.00 and released from the scene pending a Court appearance.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, May 16 at 11:30pm, Tpr. E. T. Reuschling served a Bench Warrant (T3-14585) on Shadreka Kamya Barnes, 20, of Callaway. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County on September 17, 2010 with an original charge of Fraud - Per Identification to Avoid Prosecution. Ms. Barnes was served at the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, May 17 at 6:18pm, Tpr. S. M. Morton served a Bench Warrant (T3-14897) on Howard Arthur Miller, 30, of Chaptico. The warrant was issued on April 13 by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving On A Suspended License. Mr. Miller was located in the 23000 block of Bushwood City Road in Chaptico and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

DRUG ARREST: On Tuesday, May 17 at 6:32pm, Cpl. M. W. Laney responded to the Pembrook Subdivision Community Pool located in the 23000 block of Pembrook Drive in Hollywood to assist Sgt. J. S. Jones. Following a complainant of a male subject trespassing in the pool area and loitering, Sgt. Jones observed a male subject, identified as Marcus Bryan Darrah, 31, of Hollywood, in the area. Upon making contact with Mr. Darrah, Sgt. Jones detected the odor of burnt marijuana and alcoholic beverage emitting from Mr. Darrah's person. Mr. Darrah was subsequently detained and probable cause search was conducting revealing CDS and CDS Paraphernalia. Mr. Darrah was transferred to the custody of Cpl. Laney and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was charged accordingly and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, May 18 at 12:36pm, TFC J. R. Stern served a Circuit Court Warrant (T3-14937) on Cleveland D. Hall, II, 31, of Hollywood. The warrant was issued by the Circuit Court of St. Mary's County on May 9 as a result of a Grand Jury Indictment for Sex Abuse. Mr. Hall was served at the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was already incarcerated on other charges.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, May 19 at 12:45am, Cpl. K. M. Rossignol and Tpr. Tchi Ngambu served a Bench Warrant (T3-14575) on Oscar C. Hernandez, 32, of Leonardtown. The warrant was issued for Mr. Hernandez's arrest with an original charge of Possession/Use of False Government ID/Documentation and Driving Without A Required License on September 10, 2010 by the District Court of St. Mary's County. Mr. Hernandez was served at the St. Mary's County Detention Center. He was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, May 19 at 1:35am, TFC M. J. Pitcher served a Circuit Court Warrant (T3-14949) on Wesley Benjamin Mumper, 29, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the Circuit Court of St. Mary's County on May17 as a result of a Grand Jury Indictment for Second Degree Rape. Mr. Mumper was located in the 46000 block of Rogers Drive in Lexington Park and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center for service. He was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
