Leonardtown Dash-In Robbed at Gunpoint


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (May 6, 2011) — Police report that the Dash-In store on Point Lookout Road in Leonardtown was robbed at gunpoint early Friday morning around 2:25 a.m.

Police determined that a male subject entered the business armed with a dark in color handgun, approached the clerk and demanded money from the register. The clerk complied and the subject exited the business on foot after obtaining an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency and cigarettes.

The suspect is described as male, unknown age, wearing a black in color face mask, gray hooded sweatshirt, black pants and carrying a dark in color book bag.
