MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (April 28, 2011)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, April 25 at 12:20 a.m., TFC E. M. Evans served an Arrest Warrant (T3-14909) on Amanda Lynn Grumbine, 27, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Calvert County on March 28 with an original charge of Second Degree Assault. Ms. Grumbine was located in the 21000 block of Lexwood Court in Lexington Park. She was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, April 26 at 5:05 a.m., Tpr. J. C. Hardesty served a Bench Warrant (T3-14910) on Brian Kenneth Campbell, 33, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Calvert County on April 20 with an original charge of Driving On A Suspended License. Mr. Campbell was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center for service and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, April 26 at 11:58 p.m., Tpr. B. T. Wiesemann served a Bench Warrant (T3-14911) on Anna Drue Mizak, 22, of Great Mills. The warrant was issued with an original charge of Theft Less Than $100.00 on April 13 by the District Court of Charles County. Ms. Mizak was located on a traffic stop in the area of Maryland Route 237 and Military Lane in Great Mills. She was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, April 27 at 9:00 a.m., TFC M. B. Adams served a Bench Warrant (T3-14795) on John Benedict Banks, 48, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued on February 11 by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving On A Suspended License. Mr. Banks turned himself in to the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack for service and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
