MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (April 11, 2011)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On Wednesday, April 6, at 11:25 a.m., TFC J. A. Pilkerton was attending morning District Court in Leonardtown. While awaiting his trial, TFC Pilkerton overheard a loud commotion outside of Court Room 2. TFC Pilkerton observed a female subject, 17, of Lexington Park causing a disturbance after being previously escorted out of the court room for improper behavior. Following repeated instruction on quieting down as not to disrupt court proceedings the juvenile was arrested for Disorderly Conduct. The juvenile was charged and released on scene to a guardian pending further action by juvenile services.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Thursday, April 7, at 12:30 p.m., Tpr. S. M. Ditoto served a Bench Warrant (T3-14845) on Karissa Danelle Colombi, 21, of Waldorf. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County on March 15 with an original charge of Driving On A Suspended License. Ms. Colombi was served at the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, April 8, at 5:02 a.m., TFC E. J. Page served two outstanding Bench Warrants (T3-14820 / T3-14821) on Cliffton Cornelius Pickeral, 29, of Great Mills. Mr. Pickeral was located while on a traffic stop with Charles County Sheriff's Deputies and returned to St. Mary's County for the warrant services. Both warrants were issued on February 24 by the District Court of St. Mary's County. Original charges were Driving On A Suspended License, Driving Uninsured Motor Vehicle, and CDS Possession of Paraphernalia. Mr. Pickeral was served at the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, April 8, at 12:50 p.m., TFC M. J. Pitcher served a Bench Warrant (T3-14861) on Anthony Todd Thompson, 21, of Hollywood. The warrant was issued on March 22 by the District Court of St. Mary's County. The original charge was Driving On A Suspended License. Mr. Thompson turned himself into the St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office, and was taken into custody by TFC Pitcher and transported to the Detention Center for service. Mr. Thompson was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Saturday, April 9, at 5:07 p.m., TFC E. M. Evans served a Bench Warrant (T3-14891) on Travis Hassler Allers, 20, of California. Mr. Allers was located while already incarcerated at the St. Mary's County Detention Center. The warrant was issued for his arrest on April 6 by the District Court of St. Mary's County. The original charge was Driving On A Suspended License. Mr. Allers remained at the Detention Center pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
