MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (April 7, 2011)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, April 4, at 9:07 am, TFC E. J. Page served a Bench Warrant (T3-14715) on Larry James Amos, Jr., 28, of Lusby. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County on December 16, 2010 with an original charge of Driving On A Suspended License. Mr. Amos was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Tuesday, April 5, at 2:50 pm, Tpr. B. T. Wiesemann served a St. Mary's County Circuit Court Warrant (T3-14870) on William Reed Mersmer, 43, of California. The warrant was issued on March 24, 2011 with an original charge of Driving Under the Influence - Alcohol. Mr. Mersmer was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Wednesday, April 6, at 5:35 pm, TFC M. A. Moore served a Bench Warrant (T3-14862) on Sarah Ann Jones, 23, of Lusby. The warrant was issued with an original charge of Driving Without A Required License on March 24, 2011 by the District Court of St. Mary's County. Ms. Jones was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
