MSP Reports for St. Mary's County


LEONARDTOWN, Md. (March 3, 2011)—The Leonardtown Barrack of the Maryland State Police (MSP) today released the following incident and arrest reports.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, February 28, 2011 at 8:30 am, TFC N. E. Gresko served a Bench Warrant (T3-14823) on Marty D. Smith, 19, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary's County on February 24, 2011 with an original charge of CDS Possession - Marijuana. Mr. Smith was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, February 28, 2011 at 9:30 am, Tpr. E. T. Reuschling served a Bench Warrant (T3-14816) on Joseph Abbott Baker, 45, of Great Mills. The warrant was issued on February 24, 2011 by the District Court of St. Mary's County with an original charge of Driving On A Suspended License. Mr. Baker was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

WARRANT SERVICE: On Monday, February 28, 2011 at 3:40 pm, TFC J. S. Gibson served an Arrest Warrant (T3-14653) on Christopher Keith Simms, 41, of Lexington Park. A warrant with an original charge of Sexual Abuse of a Minor was issued on November 1, 2010 by the District Court of St. Mary's County. Mr. Simms turned himself into the Leonardtown Barrack and was transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.

James Aubrey Pulliam, 41, of Lexington Park on 3/2/11 by Tpr. E. T. Reuschling
